REFUND AND RETURNS

1. In the event of damage to or destruction of products during transportation, the Company and the Customer shall cooperate in providing the information and supporting documentation required for the substantiation and assessment of the relevant claim.

As our Company is the manufacturer and the finished products are produced through the combination of multiple raw materials in specific proportions and through separate stages of production and packaging, there is no single purchase invoice on our part corresponding to the finished product.

By contrast, the Buyer holds the relevant purchase invoice for the finished product, which directly and clearly states its value.

For this reason, the value of the loss or damage shall be substantiated by the purchase invoice for the finished product held by the Customer, while our Company shall provide any additional information or documentation that may be required in support of the relevant claim.

2. Returns of products that have been correctly delivered and are in accordance with the order shall be accepted only with the Company’s prior written approval and within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt.
